How to do a Blotted Pout look

I really enjoyed last night's episode of Project Runway, although my favourite of the designs, didn't win the top spot.

My fave designer, last night, was Kenya Freeman, but there is such a lot of talent on the show. Her dress was created from newspapers (they had to use recycleable materials).

STEP 1
Use Perfect Eyebrow Styling Duo in Deep Brown to outline natural 
line on both top and bottom to create a more graphic, fuller brow. 
Slightly extend brow on thinner side. Fill in brow.

in Black.

Add mark. Touch & Glow Shimmer Cream Cubes Palette in 
Pearly Glow from temple to cheekbones.

Tap True Color Bold Lipstick in Coral Burst on lips creating a 
smudged, blurred effect. For a straight-off-the-runway look, apply 
slightly outside of the lip line for a more intensified look.
