It's all about the looks!

 C-19 is all about the "looks" that you can achieve with make up, starting from the base up, and has "how-tos" so that you can copy those that AVON's make up artistes have created. 

With the beginning of the "Project Runway" series on Lifetime TV, in partnership with New AVON LLC for the 2017 season, there are even more opportunities to see some new looks, as well. Hector Simancas, Lead AVON Make Up Artist, is responsible for the ones you see on the runway each week and is happy to share his tips with us all.

Here are some of his ideas, to help you get some professional looks for the Fall, and to make you the belle of the holiday season get-togethers, along with other advice from Kelsey Deenihan and Lucy Hale.

Eyes are often one of the most first-noticed features, and 2 looks in particular, are a favourite.
One is the smoky eye

and the other is the cat eye.

Hector's tips are short and sweet, and easily remembered, so that no matter how much of a novice you are, you can copy his advice and get a great look. In this video clip from New AVON LLC he emphasizes the 2 products that he feels can make a fast, yet impressive, look - lipstick and mascara. The clip is less than 2 minutes and is an easy watch, as Hector has a very casual manner, in front of the camera.
