Campaign 21 highlights AVON's causes

I LOVE how the Campaign 21 brochure introduces AVON's new ranges of items that donate immediately to our Breast Cancer Crusade and Speak out Against Domestic Violence Campaigns, as these are both causes that I actively support. My husband lost his mother to breast cancer in 1976 when he was just 12, and I've seen the pain that loss cost him and his siblings, and I was a "battered wife" back in the days when their was no support, when you were automatically to blame because you were somehow failing in some way, in your spousal duties (and when it was mainly wives who were abused). For those reasons, both of these causes are close to my heart, as they help others to not have to go through what we did.

AVON's We Care campaign (originally providing relief packages for Hurricane Harvey sufferers but now also for those affected by Hurricane Irma as well) can be donated to here.

The first shipment of over $80,000 in packages went out recently. this pic shows AVON employees loading one of the trucks with items going to be distributed directly to people, in need, in affected areas.

I am very proud to be associated with such an awesome company that has been involved in caring for others since 1955, when it first created the AVON Foundation For Women.
