Out of my last AVON paycheck, I treated myself to a new walker with a seat.
It is BRILLIANT! I am trying to walk more ... which, for me, may mean 10 steps at a time, then sit awhile, then 10 steps more, but I'm trying to be more active. Most places were asking around $100 - I ordered online from Walmart and got it with 2 years insurance, for just under $65! The seat is surprisingly comfy AND also wide enough for my not-so-svelte behind!
Yesterday I was at the cardiologist, and everything went great! Very thankful for that!
